How to implement digital transformation in multinational corporations
As I'm progressing in the course Leading digital transformation offered by Massachusetts Institute of technology (scolarship given by Santander Unviersidades) I'd like to share with you my vision about how to implement the digital transformation in multinational corporations. First of all, I would prepare information for each country context and ensure that every country is represented with the best candidates evaluated by s oft skills, empathy, culture awareness and also performance . This process will ensure a perfect combination considering results and interpersonal skills such as being prepared to deal and respect other cultures.
